This position is responsible for the general cleanliness and upkeep of the building.
Training will be provided.
The shift needed is 10AM - 6PM Tuesday to Saturday.

Duties Responsible for daily inspections and walk-through of the assigned building.
Liaise with all in-house staff to ensure effective and meaningful communication.
Provide proper training to in-house staff to ensure daily tasks are complete in a timely manner and the quality of work.
Perform regular cleaning of the facility, including but not limited to floor care (vacuuming, polishing, buffing, waxing, stripping, and disinfecting), common areas, food court and bathrooms etc.
Report all accidents and/or safety concerns to property management during the shift in which they occur.
Assist during the hiring process including interviewing, collecting new hire documents, scheduling, and training.
Ensure that work areas are clean and equipment, tools, supplies etc.
are properly stored before leaving areas for breaks, mealtime and end of day Ensure that work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical.
Attend and/or participate in trainings and in-services offered, especially the mandatory sessions.
Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas,driveways, etc.
to include but not limited to sweeping, shoveling snow, spreading ice melt and removal of garbage.
Maintain adequate supply or inventory levels, and reporting inventory needs in advance.
Report any need for maintenance repairs to property management immediately.
Performs other duties as assigned and/or needed.
Practice established infectious control protocols, and universal precautions while performing tasks.
Practice proper chemical handling techniques including but not limited to the policies governing the use of labels and MSDS's.
Follow all established safety procedures while performing tasks.
Clean and sanitize for COVID-19.
Training and all necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be provided.
Requirements 0 - 1 years of supervising experience.
1 - 3 years of commercial building cleaning experience.
Must possess strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Working knowledge of overall safety precautions in regards to proper usage, storage, and disposal of products/equipment.
Ability to handle physical labor for at least 8 hours per day.
Exhibits strong customer service skills.
Bilingual Chinese or Spanish would be a plus.
