This multifaceted role involves handling various tasks related to vehicle transportation, maintenance, and detailing.
Vehicle Transportation:
Safely move vehicles within the dealership premises, including parking, rearranging, and retrieving vehicles as needed.
Assist in the coordination of vehicle deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely and efficient transport.
Vehicle Detailing:
Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles to ensure they meet dealership standards for presentation.
Utilize appropriate cleaning agents, tools, and techniques to achieve optimal results without causing damage to the vehicle.
Address specific detailing needs, such as stain removal, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming, to enhance the overall appearance of vehicles.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations within the dealership lot.
Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless vehicle movement and availability for customer viewings and test drives.
Assist in the regular inventory inspections to identify any damages or discrepancies.
Customer Service:
Provide courteous assistance to customers, guiding them to the appropriate vehicles and addressing any inquiries they may have regarding vehicle features or availability.
Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a clean and organized showroom and lot.
Maintenance Support:
Assist the service department with tasks such as vehicle washing, minor cleaning, and other duties as required.
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during vehicle inspections to the appropriate personnel.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all dealership policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulations.
Operate vehicles and equipment in a safe and responsible manner, following established guidelines to prevent accidents or damage.
