As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain process, from demand planning to procurement and logistics.
Your expertise in supply chain management and lean manufacturing will be crucial in ensuring efficient operations and meeting customer demands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities - Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services - Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and implementing inventory control measures - Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely fabrication of products - Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement - Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field or actively persuing a BA - Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices - Proficiency in using supply chain systems, such as Oracle EBS or similar platforms - Demonstrated ability to effectively buy, procure, and manage suppliers - Experience in demand planning and forecasting techniques - Familiarity with fabricating processes and lean manufacturing principles - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for supply chain management and a proven track record of success, we invite you to apply for the position of Supply Chain Manager.
