Kenseal Construction Products is the premier source for commercial sealants, waterproofing products and solutions. We are family owned and operated and have been in business for over 35 years! We currently have fourteen distribution centers on the east coast and are steadily growing. We are seeking a Sales Manager that will lead our metro New York City outside sales team. This position is based in Queens.
Job Responsibilities include:
Recruiting, developing, and coaching a team of outside sales professionals.
Providing an outstanding customer experience through effective leadership.
Building strong relationships with key vendors and customers.
Developing and implementing marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Accountable for revenue growth while maintaining or improving GP.
Ability to balance sales and administrative responsibilities.
Providing and reinforcing a positive work culture and experience.
Ability to effectively, concisely, and professionally present information and respond to requests from internal and external customers.
Job Requirements
Minimum of six years in management role with prior supervisory experience.
Bachelors degree in business related field; MBA preferred.
Knowledge of budgets, P&L, and forecasting.
Passionate, goal-oriented, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Some travel required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of construction industry helpful but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
