You will be representing our client at the Tennis U.S. Open in Flushing, NY!
Dates & Times:
Please note we are not booking double shifts for this event. Let us know if you can work shift A, B or Either! Those with the most flexibility will be given preference. Also, note all times listed below may change slightly!
Tennis Pre-Event: Wednesday, August 26th: 5:00pm-11:00pm: This day only, location is Brooklyn, NY 11213
Mandatory Onsite Overview: Friday, August 28th: 10:00am-4:00pm
Event Dates: Saturday, August 29th: 7:45am-2:00pm
Monday, August 31st-Thursday, September 10th:
AM SHIFT: 8:30am-3:30pm
PM SHIFT: 3:00pm-9:15pm
Friday, September 11th-Sunday, September 13th: 9:00am-6:00pm
Event Location: Flushing, NY 11368
Promo Talent Objectives:
Manning registration kiosk and printing of reservation cards
Welcoming and answering questions
Line management and facilitating post-event e-mail fulfillment via iPads
Demonstrating how to operate kiosk touch screens and answering questions
Line management and pitch-in where needed
Guest Services
Running interactive activities and games
Assisting clients with other onsite activities and objectives as necessary
Promo Talent Must Be:
18 years or older
Must submit to/pass background screening!
Tech-Savvy & MUST be comfortable working with IPads!
100% comfortable working outdoors as well as indoors
Prompt, responsible, & hard-working
Clean cut (no visible tattoos or facial piercings)
Enthusiastic about working with public
Able to get to event on own as transportation costs are NOT included
Experienced in working events/promotions or related fields
Compensation:
$17.00/Hour
Daily concession stand food tickets will be given per shift!
